Group Exercise Class
Simply put, this is the safest and most age appropriate children's fitness class in the area. Open to all children from age 5 through 12.
Every Tuesday from 5:30pm to 6:15 pm, we focus on basic motor skills and coordination, bodyweight training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, stability, strength and self confidence.
All without a contrace or multiple month agreement! The fee is just $5 each class.

Linda Stout and Martin McLoughlin are on hand to run this class together, creating a mature and safe environment for your children to learn the fundamentals of fitness training. We do not promote the use of kettlebells, barbells or heavy weights, nor do we allow the children to exercise unsupervised. This is truly a one-of-a-kind class.

We are Certified Youth Training Specialists.
Unlike many of the fit kids programs, we did not get certified in a weekend seminar, nor do we have just a year or two of experience. We are Certified to work with young children through ISSA (The International Sports Science Association) and have 19 years of personal training and group class instruction experience!
