     At Extreme Fitness Personal Training, we know how hard it can be to distinguish one exercise program from another. Every day it seems another fad workout routine, miracle supplement or new diet pops up in the marketplace.  Since 2001 Extreme Fitness has been a constant shining star in the fitness industry. We were the first true private functional training facility in the area.  Our instructors and trainers are all Certified Functional Training Specialists and specialize in whatever they are coaching. We do not have trainers that try to do it all, just because they passed a personal training test.  Our instructors have multiple certifications, years of experience and the knowledge to get the most stubborn body fat moving and the weakest muscles stronger.

     Extreme Fitness Personal Training has no long term contracts and no package deals. Our personal training is a-la-carte, meaning pay as you go.  We invoice two weeks in advance (on the first and fifteenth of each month) for sessions that you have scheduled for the approaching calendar period. This keeps you from having to deal with the financial burden of large payment amounts, the uncertianty of long commitments and keeps us working our hardest to keep you coming back to train with us.  We are results driven.  Accountability is paramount here. We WILL ask you what you had to eat each day we see you, we WILL text you to check on how you are feeling after a workout, and we WILL prepare a custom meal plan and at-home exercise routine for you to follow.  All trainer advice, guidance after workouts, meal plans, at-home workouts and computerized weigh ins with detailed printouts are included in the training fee.

     All of our instructors are fully insured and CPR/AED certified.  All of our instructors have a minimum of 5 years experience, working with all ages and abilities.  There is no age (above 12 years), injury or medical condition that we have not successfully worked with before.  Our trainers are true fitness professionals and they pride themselves on getting every client to reach the goals set during their fitness assessment.

     HOW TO GET STARTED:

         1. Call 267-799-5622 and talk to Linda Stout, CPT, Business Manager.  She will assess your needs and abilities over the phone and set you up for a STRENGTH ASSESSMENT with the appropriate male or female trainer to suit your needs and time requirements. The fee for this preliminary appointment is $75.

         2. Arrive 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED STRENGTH ASSESSMENT to be weighed in, make payment and have your COMPUTERIZED SEGMENTAL BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS explained to you in full detail.  Then you meet with your trainer, discuss goals, health issues/concerns, basic nutritional needs and complete your 30 minute strength assessment.

         3. Schedule your next two weeks of personal training sessions with your trainer and get ready to feel better than ever!

         4. 24 hours after your strength assessment, check your e-mail for your custom meal plan and at-home exercise routine and get busy doing your homework!

Personal Training Fees (after the strength assessment):

     30 Minute Sessions with Linda Stout, James Insetta - $45 each 

          Includes: weekly weigh in, custom meal plan, at-home exercise plan, text support with trainer

     30 Minute Sessions with Martin Mcloughlin MT/Owner - $55 each

          Includes: weekly weigh in, custom meal plan, at-home exercise plan, text support

    Martin has been in the gym since 1982. He is "an old schooler" with a cutting edge mentality when it comes to fitness and that keeps him setting the pace in the local fitness industry. In 2001 he opened Extreme Fitness Personal Training and has never looked back. He has experience training all abilities and disabilities.  Martin is a regular writer for PhillyFIT Magazine and has won multiple fitness and training awards including "Best of Bucks 2014 & 2015" , "Best personal Trainer in Bucks County 2014" and was names to the list of "Top 10 Entrepreneurs in Bucks County 2015". He has been published in the Bucks County Courier Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer and PFP Magazine.

LINDA STOUT

    Linda, at 58 years young, has a unique perspective into the active ageing client.  She herself has transformed from being "skinny fat" at 120 pounds and 5' 7" tall with 37% bodyfat, to a super-healthy 120 pounds and 12% bodyfat.  Linda says "it's not how much you weigh that matters, it is what makes up that weight that defines health" and she couldn't be more correct.  Linda works with people of every age, ability and gender. She is delicate enough to work with our 70+ year old clients as well as be a safe spotter with our strongest men who bench hundreds of pounds.  She instructs the Monday through Friday daytime bootcamp classes and the Saturday morning Glute and Guts class. Linda has been in the industry for over 25 years and is ready to help YOU!

JAMES INSETTA

James has 10 years experience as a personal trainer. He decided to get involved in the industry to work with obese children but works with clients of all ages and abilities.  James also instructs two of our evening bootcamp classes.
