    One of the hardest decisions to make in life is to join a gym or hire a certified personal trainer. If you are inexperienced or obese, the decision to work out in front of others may be the only thing keeping you from starting a healthier lifestyle and fitness routine. Extreme Fitness Personal Training is sensitive to this issue and offers Beginner Fitness Training.  Linda Stout, Certified Functional Training Specialist, works with those who are intimitaded by the gym, with those who feel unsure about what to do and with special age groups.  Positive reinforcement and slow careful instruction is what is offered during the hours that the facility is the least busy.  This creates the perfect learning environment for those individuals who feel too intimitaded and inexperienced to work out in front of large groups.  Have you always wanted to do a pull-up, perfect push-up or wanted to run a mile in less than six minutes? Here at Extreme Fitness you can make all of your fitness goals become a reality. This level of personal training reinforces the basic principles of fitness and exercise, with low intensity.

    Beginner Fitness Training Rates:

         After the strength assessment ($75 fee), all following 30 minute personal training sessions with Linda Stout- $45  Includes monthly weigh-ins and basic nutrition information
