1. Call 267-799-5622 to set up your INITIAL CONSULTATION. At this meeting, you will get your first COMPUTERIZED FULL BODY ANALYSIS, telling your WEIGHT, BODY MASS INDEX, BODY FAT %, BODY FAT MASS, FAT FREE MASS, VISCERAL FAT RATING, HYDRATION LEVEL, BODY WATER MASS, MUSCLE MASS, BONE MASS, BASAL METABOLIC RATE, METABOLIC AGE, DAILY CALORIC INTAKE AND MORE! We will also tell you how much body fat and muscle you have in each arm, leg and trunk area. You will have a consultation with Martin McLoughlin, Certified Master Trainer and sports/fitness nutritionist, who will discuss with you all the necessary topics in order to generate a CUSTOM MEAL PLAN that is specific to your metabolic needs and time frame/work schedule. Whether you work 12 hours a day, travel most of the year or have 4 children to take care of, he will peoduce a meal plan that you can follow with no stress and WITH FOODS YOU LIKE TO EAT! Weight loss has never been easier.
2. Weekly weigh ins are scheduled to ensure progress is maintained, issues are dealt with quickly and ACCOUNTABILITY IS MAINTAINED. A new computerized full body analysis is done at each meeting and you can access all of your measurements online 24/7. Graphs and charts can be printed by you at your leisure.
3. Monthly follow-up consultations are scheduled to update custom meal plans, ensure progress and keep things fresh and interesting! Average body fat losses are 1% per week.
